Greenbrier Man Fatally Injured in Hwy 65 Collision
74-year-old Ralph Ballew was fatally injured Monday morning, May 14. Mr. Ballew attempted to make a U-Turn while driving west on his 2006 Harley Davidson shortly before 10:00 a.m. on State Highway 8 in front of Caddo Hills School, but failed to yield to westbound traffic. A 2004 Chevrolet struck Mr. Ballew’s motorcycle. Mr. Ballew was pronounced dead at the scene.
Conditions at the time were reportedly clear, sunny and dry.
