4-Vehicle Collision on Asher in LR Proves Fatal
20-year-old Daveion Feazell (Monticello, AR) and 21-year-old George Norrell (Hamburg, AR) were both fatally injured in an accident that took place on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
Additionally, 32-year-old William Whitaker (Crossett, AR) was injured in the accident.
Shortly before 5:00 p.m. Mr. Feazell, Mr. Norrell, and Mr. Whitaker were traveling east on Ashley County Road 12 north of Crossett when their vehicle (2009 Ford Escape) failed to navigate a curve on the wet roads and left the roadway before striking a culvert and tree.
The injured were transported to Ashley County Medical Center.
Conditions were reportedly rainy and wet.
