Hot Springs Man Fatally Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Airport Road

60-year-old Claude W. Clauson (Hot Springs, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, December 16, 2021.

At approximately 5:47 p.m. Mr. Clauson attempted to cross Airport Road in the 200 block of Airport Road. Mr. Clauson was struck by an eastbound vehicle in the inside lane. Mr. Clauson was transported to CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs where he succumbed to his injuries.

Weather conditions were cloudy.
