I-40 Accident Results in 2025 Fatal Car Wreck
22-year-old Taronda Thomas (Pine Bluff, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, November 5, 2020.
Shortly after 10:00 a.m. Ms. Thomas was traveling north on Highway 63 (U.S. 79) when her vehicle (2013 Hyundai) crossed the centerline on the Arkansas River bridge and collided head-on with a southbound vehicle (2019 Jeep).
21-year-old Anthony Crow (Stuttgart, AR) was traveling in the southbound vehicle at the time of the accident and was transported with injuries to Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
