Highway 18 Collision Fatally Injures Biker in Arkansas

55-year-old James Davidson (Manila, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, August 14, 2019.

Shortly after 10:00 p.m. Mr. Davidson was driving a motorcycle (2015 Harley Davidson) east on Highway 18 in Manila when a westbound pick-up truck struck Mr. Davidson’s motorcycle in the eastbound lane of traffic.

An unidentified driver traveling west on Highway 18 lost control of his vehicle (2017 GMC pick-up truck) near 3644 Highway 18. The vehicle left the roadway before reentering the roadway and while traveling west in the eastbound lane of traffic struck Mr. Davidson’s motorcycle.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
