24-year-old Kayla Michelle Morton (Texarkana, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday, December 15.
At approximately 2:35 a.m. Ms. Morton was traveling east on Realtor Road (Frontage Road) and failed to negotiate a curve in the 1200 block. Her vehicle (2007 Toyota) ran off the road and struck a tree.
Conditions at the time of the accident were cloudy and dry.
