40-year-old David M. Heird (Sheridan, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, November 19 at approximately 11:10 a.m.
Mr. Heird was traveling east on Grant County Road 14 in Sheridan. Mr. Heird was negotiating a left-hand curve when he lost control of his 2001 Kenworth semi-truck and slid into the ditch before striking a tree.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry at the time of the accident.
