57-year-old Deanna Longstreath (Berryville, AR) was fatally injured in a single-vehicle accident early on Monday, August 13.
At approximately 6:10 a.m., Ms. Longstreath was headed east on Highway 412 near Osage, Arkansas. The left rear tire of her 1998 Mercury blew out causing Ms. Longstreath to lose control of her vehicle. The car left the roadway and overturned.
Weather conditions at the time were reportedly cloudy and road conditions dry.
