71-year-old Jimmy Coker passed away Sunday, March 4th, from injuries sustained in an accident one week prior. On Sunday, February 25th, at approximately 3:15 p.m., Mr. Coker overcorrected and lost control on a curve on Arkansas Highway 46 near Stagecoach Road. According to reports, Mr. Coker’s 2005 Chevrolet Corvette struck a tree. No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly cloudy and dry.
