43-year-old Zachary Salley (Fayetteville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, September 9, 2023.
At approximately 6:08 p.m. Mr. Zachary Salley was traveling west on W Mount Comfort Road in Fayetteville when an eastbound vehicle (2008 Ford) entered the westbound lanes of Mount Comfort Road and struck Mr. Salley’s motorcycle (2003 Harley Davidson) head-on. Mr. Salley sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
The eastbound Ford vehicle failed to observe two eastbound vehicles stopped in the inside lane of Mount Comfort Road. The Ford vehicle swerved left to avoid a collision and struck the left rear of a stopped 2014 Honda vehicle before continuing into the westbound lane of traffic and striking Mr. Salley’s motorcycle.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
