Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
65-year-old Frank Joseph Falls (Romana, CA) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
At approximately 2:15 p.m. Mr. Falls was driving west on Interstate 40 near mile marker 196 when his large truck (2014 Kenworth T600) veered off the roadway into the median and struck a tree.
Weather conditions were “cold” and road conditions dry at the time of the accident.
