51-year-old Randy Castleberry (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

At approximately 6:49 p.m. Mr. Randy Castleberry was a pedestrian at Baseline Road and Stanton Road in Little Rock. An eastbound vehicle (2012 Chevrolet) traveling in the eastbound lanes of Baseline Road attempted to turn left at Stanton Road. According to the report, the Chevy vehicle turned left “in front of a westbound vehicle.” The westbound vehicle (2009 Lincoln) collided with the Chevy vehicle causing the Chevy vehicle to overturn.

The overturned Chevy vehicle rolled and landed “upside down on top of [Mr. Castleberry]” according to the report. The westbound Lincoln vehicle struck a vehicle (2022 Toyota) stopped at Stanton Road.

Mr. Castleberry sustained fatal injuries in the accident. 18-year-old Axel Alvarado (Tulsa, Oklahoma) and 19-year-old Walfer Capriel (Tulsa, OK) sustained injuries in the collision and were transported to UAMS in Little Rock.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
