Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
49-year-old William L. Phillips, Jr. (Cabot, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, October 29, 2020.
At an unknown time, Mr. Phillips was traveling west on South Kerr Road when his vehicle (2007 Nissan Altima) lost control while navigating a curve and left the roadway before striking a tree.
