Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
42-year-old William Lee Terrill (West Plains, MO) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Saturday, April 18, 2020.
At approximately 7:07 p.m. Mr. Terrill was traveling west on Fout Road in Gamaliel when his vehicle (2000 Lincoln Navigator) left the roadway while attempting to navigate a curve and “overturned multiple times.”
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
