Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
41-year-old Warren D. Shepherd (Gravette, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, September 5, 2021.
At approximately 3:17 p.m. Mr. Shepherd was driving south on State Highway 59 when his vehicle (2006 Ford F-150) lost control while navigating a curve near Spanish Treasure Road between Gravette and Sulphur Springs. Mr. Shepherd’s truck left the roadway before striking a tree and rolling over.
40-year-old Solomon H. Ellis was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the accident. Mr. Ellis was transported with injuries to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.
