67-year-old Chester Diann Hoggard was fatally injured in an accident involving a train on Sunday, June 10. Ms. Hoggard (Paragould, Arkansas) was traveling west on E. Northend Avenue just east of Mill Street in Paragould when she attempted to cross the railroad tracks and was struck by a Union Pacific Train traveling south. Ms. Hoggard was ejected from her 2002 Ford Ranger. The accident occurred at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
