53-year-old Timothy Milligan (Altus, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, February 28, 2022.

Shortly before 4:00 p.m. Mr. Milligan was traveling north on State Highway 309 (Mount Magazine Scenic Byway) when his motorcycle (2005 Chopper) lost control between Roseville and Ozark.
