Fatal Collision on US 79 Near Pine Bluff, AR
63-year-old Erma Baker (Locust Grove, AR) and 59-year-old Kim Stone (Concord, AR) were both fatally injured in an accident on Monday, June 10, 2024.
At approximately 2:30 p.m. Ms. Baker was a passenger in a vehicle traveling north on Highway 25 north of Heber Springs. Ms. Stone was traveling south when her vehicle (2015 Buick Enclave) crossed the centerline and collided head-on with Ms. Baker’s vehicle (2015 Ford Explorer).
Both Ms. Erma Baker and Ms. Kim Stone sustained fatal injuries in the collision. 63-year-old Harold Baker (Locust Grove, AR) sustained injuries in the accident and was transported to UAMS in Little Rock.
