24-year-old Kevin Pickens (Texarkana, AR) was fatally injured in a wreck that took place on Thursday, June 13, 2019.
Mr. Pickens was traveling north on County Road 70 near Private Road 1161 when his vehicle exited the roadway to the left and the passenger side of the vehicle collided with a brick mailbox. Mr. Pickens’ vehicle (1994 Ford Ranger) then rotated clockwise and began to roll. The vehicle rolled back onto the road and off again to the left side of the roadway.
Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
