AR Head-On Collision Claims the Life of Shyann Lee
25-year-old Lucas Brian Stephenson (Texarkana, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
At approximately 9:46 p.m. Mr. Stephenson was traveling east on State Highway 296 (Dooley Ferry Road) when his vehicle (2004 Chevrolet) lost control before leaving the roadway and rolling over “numerous times,” according to the accident report.
