Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
28-year-old Sean Tyler Terrell (Lake City, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, July 31, 2022.
At approximately 10:22 p.m. Mr. Terrell was traveling east on East Highland Drive (Highway 18) near Barnhill Road in Jonesboro.
An eastbound 18-wheeler (2007 Peterbilt) attempted to make a U-turn on E Highland Drive and return westbound. During the attempt, the tractor-trailer stopped blocking all lanes of traffic.
Mr. Terrell’s vehicle (2020 Honda Civic) collided with the trailer of the 18-wheeler. Sean Tyler Terrell suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
