Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
33-year-old Scott Snipes (Van Buren, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Monday, April 20, 2020.
At approximately 7:16 p.m. Mr. Snipes was traveling north on State Highway 59 when his motorcycle (2012 Harley Davidson) lost control navigating a curve and crossed the centerline before colliding with the guardrail just north of Old Uniontown Road.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
