47-year-old Timothy Turney, of Batesville, was fatally injured in a two-vehicle wreck on Sunday, February 18th. At approximately 3:10 pm, Mr. Turner’s vehicle, a 2004 Hyundai, collided with a 2003 Chevrolet. Mr. Turney was headed north in Drasco when he attempted to turn left, and failed to yield to the southbound Chevrolet.

According to reports, conditions at the time were wet and cloudy.
