4-Vehicle Collision on Asher in LR Proves Fatal
73-year-old Robert Howell (Hot Springs, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, September 23, 2022.
At approximately 1:35 p.m. Mr. Howell was traveling east on Malvern Avenue (US 270B) when his vehicle (2000 Toyota Tundra) crossed the center line near the Hot Springs Country Club. Mr. Howell’s vehicle collided head-on with a westbound vehicle (2005 Chevrolet 1500). Mr. Howell’s vehicle then left the roadway.
75-year-old Richard Williams Warriner, Jr. (Hot Springs, AR) was driving the westbound Chevy vehicle. Mr. Warriner’s vehicle was struck in the westbound lanes of traffic. Mr. Warriner, Jr.’s vehicle was then struck by a westbound 2010 Jeep Wrangler traveling behind Mr. Warriner, Jr.’s vehicle.
