Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
42-year-old Richard B. Hooks (Hope, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.
Shortly before 10:00 a.m. Mr. Hooks was traveling east on Highway 174 when his vehicle (2010 Honda Civic) crossed the centerline near County Road 1040 and collided with a westbound vehicle (2017 Ford F-150).
61-year-old John K. Rutledge (Hope, AR) and 64-year-old Shirley Rutledge (Hope, AR) were involved in the accident and transported with injuries to a nearby medical center.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
