Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
33-year-old Phillip W. Padgett (Texarkana, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, September 6, 2021.
At approximately 1:20 a.m. Mr. Padgett was traveling east on State Highway 196 near Genoa when his motorcycle (2012 Suzuki) left the roadway before striking a culvert.
