46-year-old Stephen Davis (Hot Springs) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, June 17, 2019.
At approximately 10:46 a.m. Mr. Davis was crossing Highway 270 near Highway 227 North in Piney near Hot Springs. A westbound vehicle (2008 Chrysler 300) struck Mr. Davis in the center turn lane. According to the report, “the pedestrian crossed the highway into the path of [the vehicle].”
