38-year-old Jose Cruz Quintana (Smithville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, June 20, 2021.
At approximately 1:25 p.m. Mr. Quintana was traveling south on State Highway 463 north of Trumann when his vehicle (2003 Honda) attempted to pass and overtake a southbound vehicle. Mr. Quintana’s vehicle lost control and left the roadway to the left before striking a driveway and overturning several times.
