Fatal Collision on AR-91 near Jonesboro Claims One Life, Injures Another

54-year-old Paul R. White, Jr. (Augusta, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.

At approximately 6:51 a.m. Mr. White, Jr. was traveling west on Dan Avenue/AR 91 when he turned south at the intersection of Lacy Drive. Mr. White, Jr.’s vehicle (2016 Toyota Corrola) struck an eastbound vehicle (1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass).

47-year-old Robert L. Posey (Jonesboro, AR) was driving the eastbound vehicle at the time of the accident. Mr. Posey was transported with injuries to NEA Hospital in Jonesboro.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
