40-year-old Andrea Michele Barber (Paragould, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Monday, December 23, 2019.
At approximately 7:24 p.m. a vehicle (2019 Ram 1500 pick-up truck) traveling north on U.S. Highway 49 struck Ms. Barber, a pedestrian, in the inside lane of Highway 49.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
