One Killed, One Injured in Crystal Springs ATV Wreck

37-year-old William C. Childers (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, June 16, 2019.

Shortly before 3:00 a.m. Mr. Childers was driving a 2016 Honda 500 ATV south on Cordell Road in Crystal Springs when the ATV struck a large pothole while navigating a curve. Mr. Childers lost control of the vehicle and the ATV overturned throwing both Mr. Childers and a passenger from the ATV.

37-year-old Ashley Harris (Benton, AR) was a passenger on the ATV at the time of the accident. Ms. Harris was transported to CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs with injuries.

Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
