49-year-old Nguyen Yen Y (Plano, TX) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, September 11, 2021.
At approximately 11:55 a.m. Nguyen Yen was traveling north on State Highway 341 (Push Mountain Road) when his motorcycle (2017 Honda CBR) left the roadway near County Road 74. The motorcycle struck a guardrail.
