Motorcycle Accident Near Bismarck Proves Fatal

50-year-old William Eugene Hart (Hot Springs, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, October 27, 2022.

At approximately 6:18 p.m. Mr. Hart was traveling south on Thomas Loop when his motorcycle (2009 Kawasaki KL650) lost control before leaving the roadway and striking a tree. Mr. Hart was transported to CHI St. Vincent’s in Hot Springs where he later succumbed to his injuries.
