Fiery Midnight Wreck Claims Driver's Life in Arkansas

57-year-old Michael H. Purkey (Horseshoe Lake, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Tuesday, August 4, 2020.

At approximately 12:18 a.m. Mr. Purkey was traveling south on Highway 147 near Anthonyville when his vehicle (2011 Chevrolet Silverado) left the roadway and overturned before catching fire.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
