Pedestrian Struck and Killed on Highway 412 in Springdale

47-year-old Michael Page was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, June 14, 2019.

At approximately 9:52 p.m. a 2006 Toyota mini-van was traveling west in the left turn lane of Highway 412 underneath the Interstate 49 overpass when Mr. Page crossed Highway 412 walking into the center lane of Highway 412 and then into the path of the vehicle. Mr. Page was struck by the passenger side front of the vehicle. According to the report Mr. Page was wearing “dark non-reflective clothing.”

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
