Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
29-year-old Michael Leonard (Danville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
Shortly before 1:30 p.m. Mr. Leonard was traveling south on Mill Creek Road when a northbound vehicle (2018 Chrysler) attempted to turn left onto Fairview Drive in front of Mr. Leonard’s 2009 Suzuki. Mr. Leonard attempted to apply his brakes and avoid the Chrysler vehicle before sideswiping the vehicle and veering into the northbound lane of traffic. Mr. Leonard’s Suzuki collided with a second northbound vehicle (2001 Toyota) head-on.
Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions dry.
