Car Crash Claims the Life of Jason Hagood of Conway, AR
55-year-old Michael Kenny Phillips (Shirley, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, April 18, 2019.
At approximately 3:10 p.m. Mr. Phillips was driving south on Highway 263 in heavy rainfall when his vehicle left the roadway in rural Stone County. Mr. Phillip’s 2001 Chevrolet vehicle struck a tree near the Baxter County line.
Weather conditions were heavy rain and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
