39-year-old Lakiska Moore was fatally struck while walking in the inside southbound lane of North Washington Street in Forrest City. The accident occurred shortly after 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13 when a 2008 Chevy Impala also traveling south in the inside lane of North Washington Street struck Ms. Moore.
