Monticello Driver Loses Life in Fatal Highway 425 Collision

44-year-old Kristi R. Prince (Monticello, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, March 28, 2021.

At approximately 6:20 p.m. Ms. Kristi Prince was traveling north on U.S. Highway 425 near Monticello. A vehicle (2000 Buick) traveling south crossed the centerline “for an undetermined reason” and struck Ms. Prince’s vehicle (2018 Nissan) head-on.” Both vehicles came to a rest in the southbound lane of traffic.

Ms. Prince sustained fatal injuries. 18-year-old Lucas Naron (Crossett, AR) was injured in the collision and transported with injuries to UAMS.
