36-year-old Kokelia Brown (Damascus, AR) and an unidentified driver were both fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, February 20, 2022.
At approximately 7:47 Ms. Brown was traveling west on State Highway 165 in Scott when an eastbound vehicle (2000 Ford F250) crossed the centerline. The eastbound Ford vehicle collided head-on with Ms. Brown’s vehicle (2019 Dodge Charger).
According to the police report, the driver of the eastbound Ford vehicle had still been unidentified. Both Ms. Brown and the unidentified driver sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
35-year-old Leslie Manuel (Greenbrier, AR) and an unidentified minor were both passengers in Ms. Brown’s vehicle at the time of the accident and were injured in the accident. Those injured were transported with injuries to UAMS in Little Rock.
