Head-on Collision in Arkansas Proves Fatal

55-year-old Juana Vasquez (De Queen, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, May 13, 2022.

Shortly after 7:30 a.m. Ms. Vasquez was traveling east on Highway 70 near De Queen when her vehicle reportedly crossed the centerline. Ms. Vasquez’s vehicle (2001 Ford) collided head-on with a westbound vehicle (2012 Cadillac).

86-year-old John M. Dennis, Jr. (Whitesboro, TX) was driving the westbound vehicle and was transported with injuries to Howard County Memorial Hospital.
