36-year-old John Benjamin Newell, Jr. (Mabelvale, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, January 24, 2021.

At approximately 2:14 p.m. Mr. Newell was a passenger in a vehicle (2014 Jeep Wrangler) traveling east on Colonel Glenn Road near Little Rock. Mr. Newell’s vehicle left the roadway near 14600 Colonel Glenn and struck a driveway.

37-year-old Jessica Lynn Lawrenz (Little Rock, AR) sustained injuries in the accident and was transported to UAMS.

Conditions were overcast and dry.
