AR Head-On Collision Claims the Life of Shyann Lee
37-year-old Jessica Cruz (Portland, Indiana) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, March 12, 2022.
At approximately 3:00 a.m. Ms. Cruz was a passenger in a vehicle (2008 Dodge Avenger) traveling north on U.S. 67 in Clay County near Corning. Ms. Cruz’s vehicle veered left on wet roads crossing both lanes of traffic before leaving the roadway and striking a culvert.
An additional passenger, 32-year-old Jose Olvera Nequis, and the driver, 23-year-old Jose Trevino Morales (Portland, Indiana) both sustained injuries in the accident.
Road conditions were wet at the time of the accident.
