Collision in Sedgwick Proves Fatal on Tuesday

39-year-old Jeffrey Watson (Pocahontas, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.

At approximately 5:54 a.m. Mr. Watson was traveling south on State Highway 63 when his vehicle (2018 Jeep Cherokee) crossed the centerline and collided with a northbound vehicle (2016 Ford F-150) stopped in the turn lane.

The driver of the Ford vehicle, 35-year-old Jose Arriaza (Jonesboro, AR), and four passengers were injured in the accident. The four passengers included 37-year-old Sayra Lopez (Jonesboro, AR), 41-year-old Kenya Lopez (Jonesboro, AR), 35-year-old Josue Pozo (Jonesboro, AR), and 24-year-old Ever Lopez (Jonesboro, AR).

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
