77-year-old J.D. Armstrong (Junction City, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, September 9, 2019.
At approximately 10:16 a.m. Mr. Armstrong was driving north on State Highway 15 (Haynesville Highway) near Three Creeks when his vehicle (2011 Ford F-150) was struck from behind by an 18-wheeler (1999 Mack). Both vehicles ran off the roadway.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
