Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
46-year-old Jason L. Smith (Prattsville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, April 4, 2021.
At approximately 10:45 p.m. Mr. Smith was traveling south on Highway 291 North when his vehicle left the roadway. Mr. Smith’s vehicle (1998 Buick) overcorrected and reentered the roadway before overturning several times.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
