74-year-old James H. Smith (Horseshoe Bend, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, August 23, 2019.
Shortly before 1:00 p.m. Mr. Smith was driving north on Highway 398 in Salem when his vehicle (2004 Jeep) failed to negotiate a curve and over-corrected. Mr. Smith’s vehicle left the roadway and struck a ditch.
