75-year-old Clara Lacefield (Texarkana, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place in the early morning hours of Saturday, April 27, 2019.
Shortly after 1:00 a.m. Ms. Lacefield was traveling north on Highway 67 near mile marker 7 when her vehicle (2009 Honda Accord) left the roadway and struck a concrete bridge.
