56-year-old Carroll Finley (Lamar, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, August 7, 2019.
Shortly after 2:30 a.m. Mr. Finley was traveling east on Highway 18 in Mississippi County when his vehicle veered off the roadway and struck the guardrail.
Mr. Finley’s vehicle (2009 Kenworth 18-wheeler) caught fire. Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
