AR Head-On Collision Claims the Life of Shyann Lee
28-year-old Coltin L. Osborn (Jessieville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Thursday, August 29, 2019.
Shortly before 10:00 p.m. Mr. Osborn was driving east on Highway 82 when his motorcycle (2004 Honda) was struck from behind by another vehicle (2004 GMC Yukon) near Red River Bridge.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
